“Gabe was there by himself today and I brought him an overly-corroded battery that was still on my car. He apologized that it may take awhile, so I appreciate the heads up, but this guy had to help about 12 other customers in between getting my battery out, getting the area looking good as new, and installing the new one. And then my car would not start, and Gabe immediately made me pop the hood to figure out the issue. He just tapped some dust out of my air filter, and it started right up. Thank you, Gabe, you're a pro! Corporate needs to give you a raise.”
“Just had the best experience I've ever had from a sales associate. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. Her name was Julz. She put my anti freeze in for me and showed me how to do it. Then she played down on the ground and looked under the car. She told me what she thought was leaking. She said she grew up around mechanics. She told me to bring it down tomorrow and she would check the level again.
Management, never let this lady go. Do you know how refreshing it was to have a sales associate who cares. And very friendly, too.
