Engine light came on then put vehicle in turtle mode while driving along a very dark highway from Phoenix to Sedona. Called Avis and was told they won't bring us another car or tow unless it completely quits. Pretty scary and dangerous.

Clerk was super helpful! I had a last minute flight change getting in at 10pm l and needed to get all the way to Cedar Rapids before the next day for work and didn’t have a way to get there, but he was able to get me a car last minute.
