Always professional, courteous & personable at this store. The whole team (Jared, Kai, MacKenna & Haley) takes time with their customers, provides great service, and resolves whatever issue there is as promptly as possible. Highly recommend!

Makenna was the best. She did a great job taking care of us while also helping a customer over the phone. She walked him though how to do a screenshot to forward an email about a bill. She was very calm and helpful while still taking great care of us. Can't say enough good things about her. As someone who used to sell cell phones I would have snatched her up in an instant!

Employees who don’t care about customer service. Went to the store at 10:35am because the open times on the door said they opened at 10:00am. The door was locked and two employees inside motioned that they open at 11am. They made no effort to talk with me so I left. Boo AT&T. Good thing we have alternative cell services.

It would have gotten a negative score if possible. Over 8 yrs of service with them, and when we went in to replace a phone. They were less than helpful. We drove across the street to Verizon, and our bill is 50 bucks less a month, AND we have unlimited data. I even worked in a Verizon billing call center and kept AT&T. Lost a customer forever. FYI the new management that took over is less help than the ones they replaced. Edit: 48 hrs later when requesting a transfer pin to port the numbers the manager said and I quote " I will not give you that number."

Went into store because I wanted more storage. Manager was friendly and helpful until I got home and realized he gave me wrong phone. I had to go back to store and had to order right phone because he said he just sold last 3. Well was told I would only have to pay difference in tax for new phone. Manager was not there and lady helping me was rude and had to call Manager several times to help me. I ended up having to pay full amount of tax on 2nd phone and he argued with me on phone that he did not say that. Now I get my bill and I was charged restocking fee of $55??? He told me I would not be. AT@T on phone said nothing in my file stating that, so now I have to go back to store and probably yet again argue with Manager. Why should I pay for restocking fee when the MANAGER gave me the wrong phone???,

Do not trust the employees at this location. They are misleading and include extra charges you do not authorize, give incorrect (low) pricing information, added an additional wireless plans to your account costing $95/month, falsely claim that I will receive additional discounts. They are unwilling to help or admit their deceptions. They told me to call AT&T. The store employees will not fix the problems they cause. Stay far away from this store. Contact AT&T directly. The store employees are very bad people.

AT&T at Sam’s Club - was told bill would be cheaper than US Cellular. It’s DOUBLE!!! And to top it off, THEY didn’t send in my old phone, I had to ASK for a mailer later, and NOW they say they haven’t received it! So bill is ridiculous. Very dissatisfied!

Jeff and Quentin were awesome and knowledgeable-they helped me solve my issue fairly quickly. They also helped set me up with my new apple watch. I feel comfortable going to this store with any issues I may have. The staff there is so easy to talk to and willing to help.

Great experience working with Jordan and Quentin. Service was quick and I was in and out in no time. Established a new line, and upgraded my phone in less than 45 mins.

I was extremely pleased with my recent experience at the AT&T store in Dubuque. I went in three times prior to buying and talked to Jordan each time. Two days ago I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max from Jordan, and it was delivered to my house yesterday. One day delivery! I took it to the store and Jordan transferred everything from my old iPhone to my new one. There was no waiting to be helped; he took care of me right away. He always made me feel like a valued customer, answered all my many questions and never made me feel rushed. And he was extremely knowledgeable. I seldom write reviews, but I wanted to share how much I appreciated his professionalism.
