Derrick sold us a couch and chair a few months ago and we told him we'd be back for a bed. Came in tonight and he helped us with trying different beds. We didn't buy a new bed yet, but we will be back to purchase! He's knowledgeable, polite, and didn't pressure us!

Laura K was at the top of the chart for excellent customer service, knowledge and continued support. We were back 3 times looking at dining room sets and servers, until we FINALLY made up our mind, and each time she made us feel like we were the only customers that mattered. She was so kind and helpful. It was a pleasure shopping at your store. We will be back for future purchases, thanks to Laura!

Ashley, the person not the store (even though it was great as well), was outstanding!! Talk about professional and polite which is what you would expect she also looks out for you as a customer by making sure that you get the best product at the best price. What this means is we will come back again to buy more furniture for our new home. Thank you so much Ashley!!

They promised delivery today on our new living room set, so we had our old furniture hauled away. Called this morning to see what time it was coming and find out our delivery has been cancelled. No notification of any kind. They say the couch is on back order. They offer no resolution and tell me it will be a few days before a manager can get in touch with me. Now I get to sit in an empty living room until they figure out what they are doing and make it right. No offer of anything to help rectify this. Our choices are to wait until they get it together or cancel our order and start shopping for furniture all over again while we sit on the floor. Absolutely horrible. We paid up front for the entire thing so now we’re just plain out of luck I guess. Buyer beware.

Had Derrick as my salesman in the purchase of a mattress that I was looking to purchase. Derrick is very knowledgeable of his job to include his expertise on very mattress that I tried out. He let me do my own shopping to find the mattress that I felt comfortable on in laying on them, etc. Our check out was plain and simple and everything was great. Good job Derrick!!

whoever laura/lora is, don’t trust her or go to her. lady has not a damn clue what is going on and now my house just doesn’t have furniture. great store but i don’t recommend the lady. thanks.
