“On Sunday, I opened my laptop and it had somehow completely bricked itself. There was no getting it to run whatsoever. Sunday afternoon I had an appointment with an employee from the GeekSquad to take a look. This employee (I believe their name was Chai) was SO awesome. They took the time to try all of the "easy" fixes first before realizing that it wasn't an easy fix and my whole laptop needed to be wiped and re-downloaded. They let me know that this could be a 2-3 day fix but ensured me they would do their best to have it done ASAP. This employee was the only tech/help desk employee they had on staff at the time and was managing to assist multiple of us at a time. My laptop was fixed in a timely manner. To Chai, THANK YOU.”

“You want something done, when you call in, ask to speak to Will or Adam at Ellis. Even IF they aren’t the ones selling the items, I believe 100% that if you speak to one of them, whatever you need will get done. I’m uncertain as to whether or not the person answering will LET us speak to Will or Adam but if they did, these google ratings would be 5 Stars forever.If you order a new appliance, request the two of them for an installation. We have bought every appliance from Ellis for the last 13 years. We’ve wanted to support a 4th Generation LOCAL business but it hasn’t been easy until recently. Our 3rd GE Profile dishwasher died, so we went to Ellis, again. I always dread the delivery because one of their longtime delivery employees is NOT pleasant at all. He slams stuff around and is always huffy. Very unpleasant. He’s careless with our environment and with his surrounding. Adam and Will could not be nicer, more polite, efficient, knowledgeable and personable. Night and day difference. They get stuff done and they need to be the faces and voices that are dealing with customers. Customer Service still matters, no matter how many years you’ve been in business.”
