Barb is a lifesaver! She went out of her way to fit me in before her vacation and made sure I had all of the information I needed. She was patient and kind, and very knowledgeable. I cannot express how thankful I was to have her in my corner that day!

I didn't go there for myself but drove my friend. Associate (owner?) Opened the salon for my friend on a day normally closed as we do not live in Dubuque. She was very helpfully with a wig selection.

I called for an appointment and was told that a person by the same name was nasty to a stylist and that I couldn't come in for an appointment. The receptionist handled it poorly by saying that she was having computer issues and needed to put me on hold, only for another woman to pick up the phone to deliver the "news"!! RED FLAGS. I declined receiving their services AFTER I cleared up their mistake. They handled the situation very poorly. I think I know why the other person was unhappy with services.
