We were thinking about opening an account here to have more supply options. The person I spoke to wasn't rude but just wasn't helpful & seemed irritated with my call & questions. They wouldn't give me an estimate, even though prices are listed on their website, nor did they help get an account set up after stating we wanted to set one up. They definitely should treat prospective customers better.

Loaded me up with lead. Despite signed paperwork. They didn't live up to their obligations. Owner included. Out 4 months pay untill l paid out of pocket medical. See if owner posts response a denial. Bet he doesn't

There is absolutely zero lead in their metal, which is actually hard to find. Their product streams are ON POINT. Non-leaded materials are graded below .1%, this establishment has zero.

I'm a contractor that let's the plumbing jobs to the plumber.Except when it comes to my house and I've seen really good valves and hosebibs from A Y McDonald-Last year I had a frost free unit goback and without a problem they sent out a new one. Great way to work with customers.
