Local grocery store with meat counter. Beef and pork hand cut or cut to your order. Serves locals, farmers, and anyone passing thru. Has been open for as long as I can remember. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Reminds me of neiborhood stores when I was a child, only has more services and goods. Stop in if your in Douds, Iowa.

Great hometown grocery store. Excellent quality meat (beef and pork) and selection of deli meats/cheeses. They have just about everything you would need. Smaller selection than a big store but very adequate for the space they have available. Friendly, smiling faces every time!! If they don't have it, ask, they can special order some items.
