I think the prepared food like hamburgers and such are too expensive, but it is s convenience store and that convenience does come at a cost. The food is tasty though.

Nothing like getting a burnt pizza after waiting 35 minutes, then realize you need gas and it’s 32 cents higher than everywhere else within a 35 mile range.

Google maps directed me here when I realized I would be out of gas soon. Time warp seeing the pumps outside! Every person, employee and customer, was friendly and helpful. They can take cards inside ?. Clean bathroom, lots of salad options. Grabbed a rib sandwich and macaroni 'n cheese bites from the hot case. Tasty, if not exactly what I expected.

Had the tenderloin today and it was by far the best I have had in a very long time!! thanks Tiff for the delicious lunch. I ate the entire thing! And it was huge! I will be back!!

I think for a small-town gas station, it is as expected. I don't see food in the warmer often and it would be nice if they had more snack-choices, but at least they are cleaner than the previous owners were. It's nice to see some people in Douds take pride in the cleanliness and appearance of the town. They do have some decent food options and I am a s***** for their BBQ rib sandwich.

New management sucks. Never food in the warmer. Not to mention that they never have regular unlead gas. I'm tired of hearing that Douds's super unlead is everyone else's unlead. I know that's BS. It used to be a very relaxed environment. Now it seems like the employees constantly have to be dusting or cleaning like they are house maids. On top of that, way too much work for 1 employee. Get at least 2 employees on shift at a time. I miss when the old owner had it. At least it was a postive relaxed environment. This place is on a steady downhill fall. I will never be returning to this place until it gets new owners.
