Make sure to get a circular lock for your storage unit. Most secure storage in town and yet storage unit was broken into by another person renting there. Better safe then sorry

So today we tried to access the storage unit and the gate access pad was frozen the guy who took our call sounded monotone and didn't seem to care. Was told that he would contact upper management and that I should hear back within 48 hours. I advised that that isn't acceptable and he advised that it could take up to that long. Didn't have a care in his voice or when advised that if when there is an issue with the key pad access that each time it could take up to 48 hours I said I would have to leave to find another place if they can't provide access sooner. His response, "just remember to provide 30 day notice" Obviously didn't care that we needed access to our unit which by the way is used for my business. This should be considered an emergency work order and someone should be out within a short period of time to correct with a heartfelt apology, but NO. No concern or care that this was happening. Asked for the manager and he advised that was him. I said so when you say you need to contact upper management, you mean the owner. I asked for the owner to call and I was blown off. I would not recommend a storage facility that does not show that they care, or provide a quick solution to gaining access to our stuff. Just that I would hear back in up to 48 hours!!!! Very disappointing. This employee and or the policy of this business is below par.

Just wrapped two years with our travel trailer storage. Safe and secure. Great storage and very responsive. Asked them to do a check on our trailer, since we were pretty far away, they sent us pictures. When we ended our rental they promptly refunded our deposit. Highly recommend

Multiple dead mice found in unit and multiple boxes eaten into by mice. Grounds a muddy mess as a result of rains. Made unloading unit extremely difficult.

We have several storage units at Saber Storage - DeWitt, IA. It is very convenient, well priced, climate controlled, secure and best of all a freight elevator for moving items in and out of the units on the second level. It is also clean and well lit to avoid any falls or injuries. I give it an excellent rating and would recommend these units to everyone interested in an excellent storage experience. You can also rent your unit (s) online and pay online or by phone.

I LOVE SABER STORAGE! The climate control option is wonderful! The security entrance is great! I feel like my belongings are secure! The owners are always prompt with answering any questions I've had. I wouldn't store my things anywhere else! It's always very clean, which is definitely a must for me!
