Didn't give me an exact (or approximate) time to arrive at my apartment. When he arrived at my apartment and called me, he had already logged 30mins claiming that he couldn't find my apartment.According to my record the moving took about 3hrs. Instead of adding just 1hr to the originally booked 2hrs, he added 2hrs claiming that the system logged it as 2 more extra hours.I understand that the system might book in increments of hours, but the job logging starts when movers specify a time and honor it, or when they arrive at the apartment otherwise.This appointment was a reschedule. My first appointment was not honored claiming rain and running late, the second appointment was also not honored claiming running late with other moving job.

I strongly do not recommend anyone to use Wright now family movers. I booked a U-box at U-haul, and the moving service at U-haul assigned this company to load my furniture. We scheduled Monday, but on Monday, they told me they have to reschedule it on Wednesday. So, I have to contact U-haul to keep my U-box. On Wednesday morning, they suddenly told me that they cannot come without informing me before. Even worse, they did not want give me refund, they want us to find another moving company and they pay them HALF the bill. They are the most irresponsible company I’ve been serviced. Please find another moving company if possible.

I scheduled this service through U-haul as I was moving from Illinois to Iowa and I just needed help unloading the bigger stuff since I live on the third floor and I was only here with my mom who is unable to carry the heavier stuff.Everything started out fine as they texted me the morning of the move to arrange a meeting time and place. We arrived about a half hour before the agreed upon meeting time so we started unloading the lighter stuff. About 45 min later, I texted them directions on how to get to the building when they enter the apartment complex… no answer or response. About 30 min later, I called a different number I could find and they said they had the wrong address. Then a couple min later they called to ask what my building number is so I assumed they were in the complex… but no sign of them anywhere. 90 min after they were supposed to arrive, I texted both numbers my location so they’d def be able to find it. Finally I get a text back from one of the movers saying he was just caught in traffic. However, 15 min later he texted saying he had to cancel.I tend to avoid conflict but I have never seen service this bad before!
