Went in for 35k service on my RX350. Easy access to the service department. Very clean shop. Friendly techs and advisors. Karli was very easy to work with. I waited for my vehicle (my choice) and was out in a couple hours. I'll return for my 40k in a few months.

This wasy second visit to Willis Service for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an afternoon appointment and was pleased that I could drive right in. I was very impressed with my service manager Jenn. Jenn was very helpful and clear about what the tech would be doing to my car and the costs. Jenn also explained future service needs and costs. Really a positive experience.

I purchased a used Lexus. I found the everyone very easy to work with. I was concerned about the additional sale presented during the F & I process, and was very pleased with that and the whole sales experience. I would buy from Kerry G and the Willis Auto family again.
