Absolute worst bank in the U.S. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Credit Service P.O. Box 14579 Des Moines, Idaho 50306-3579 Reason for denial of Active Cash Card application: "No non-authorized user bank cards reported (We look at the mix of credit you have)" I filed complaint through Consumer Financial Protection Bureau I repeatedly asked Wells Fargo Escalation / Executive reps how can not having unauthorized user bank cards be a bad reason? Ridiculous grammar and confusion.

I believe that this company is selling our info and our identity.Wells Fargo sent me a credit offer. When I applied, they asked 3 proofs of my identity (driver's license, vehicle registration, and vehicle insurance). After I sent them, they rejected me, with the reason: "Identity can't be verified" since there was no other reason (my credit score is high, my address and my name did not change for decades, etc.) However, even though they claimed they could not verify I was the person who applied for the credit card, they had already pulled my credit record. They are only allowed to check credit records if they know who applied.I called them and could not get any reasonable explanation for why they rejected me. So, the only thing I can do is warn people this company is doing some illegal business.

I personally love bankin with Wells Fargo. I have heard loads of horror stories, my experience however has been superb. I highly recommend anyone who wants a hassle-free bankin experience to bank with Wells Fargo. Hands down the very best National Chain establishment I have had the pleasure of bankin with.

Contacting banks is a hassle. But Carmelita made it a pleasant and easy experience! She walked us through everything we needed for our wire transfer and made sure everything was correct for us. Very kind individual, she is great at what she does.

This place never answer phone's! Ive been calling for 3 months! At every hour!! No one ever picks up. Very upsetting! I call because im not able to go in person with a newborn and covid. I avoid it. So an over the phone consult os very needed. So unprofessional here!

Worst customer service ever. Completely ignored while trying to ask for help because the employees were too busy gossiping. They noticed us and still took their time to finish their conversation and then gave us an attitude as we requested assistance.
