"My recent visit to branch left me utterly frustrated and disappointed. Despite the long line of customers waiting, the bank had only one teller working. The wait time was excruciatingly long, and the lack of staffing made the experience unbearable. It's unacceptable for a bank to neglect customer service in such a manner. I urge the management to address this issue promptly, as no customer should have to endure such poor service. I will be taking my business elsewhere until improvements are made."

Every time I try to go there's never a banker whom I need to talk with.

Very disappointed in the lack of support (actually lack of listening) I received from the banker (her name is Stephanie) for an appointment I made to understand the increase in the charges I was emailed about on a regular checking account. Instead of looking at the entire relationship of all accounts, Wells will nickel and dime you on monthly charges. The two gentlemen that left right before I did were also not given what they wanted as I could hear the entire conversation as I waited for my appointment.

Absolute worst bank in the U.S. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Credit Service P.O. Box 14579 Des Moines, Idaho 50306-3579 Reason for denial of Active Cash Card application: "No non-authorized user bank cards reported (We look at the mix of credit you have)" I filed complaint through Consumer Financial Protection Bureau I repeatedly asked Wells Fargo Escalation / Executive reps how can not having unauthorized user bank cards be a bad reason? Ridiculous grammar and confusion.

I was racially profiled at this bank yesterday. I have been a customer for years and was treated such with disgusting contempt. They even had me sitting in a lobby for an hour to "verify" my check and then refused to cash it, a perfectly legitimate check from employer. Its really shocking and hard to believe this is happening still today. Their attitude is that they were better than me and I was beneath them so they were going to treat me as such. There was no good reason was given on why I was sitting there for an hour or why a legitimate check was refused. That is besides their callous, blatant racism and utter discrimination practices demonstrated by both the branch manager and the associate manager. I have reported them to the State and their customer service. Turns out my friend also was racially profiled here and left too! I guess this is not once off incident. Banking while black is a legitimate thing at this Wells Fargo location. I am closing my accounts and going elsewhere. Do not go to this bank! They will humiliate, embarrass and harass you based on your skin color! Do not let them steal your joy.

I have always been treated with the utmost respect. Employees are polite and professional. Only negative is that it seems to take a long time for rather simple transactions in the bank. Kenan in the drive-thru though is very efficient and polite.

You all definitely need more employees. Wait is way too long. 3 employees were just sitting down doing nothing just stairing at the 7 people in the teller line. There is only 1 teller at 3 in the afternoon. Come on, guys.

Warning! I believe that this company is selling our info and our identity.Wells Fargo sent me a credit offer. When I applied, they asked 3 proofs of my identity (driver's license, vehicle registration, and vehicle insurance). After I sent them, they rejected me, with the reason: "Identity can't be verified" since there was no other reason (my credit score is high, my address and my name did not change for decades, etc.) However, even though they claimed they could not verify I was the person who applied for the credit card, they had already pulled my credit record. They are only allowed to check credit records if they know who applied.I called them and could not get any reasonable explanation for why they rejected me. So, the only thing I can do is warn people this company is doing some illegal business.

Don’t open an account or do banking with Wells. I closed my account (… or so I thought), took my money out, and thought I was done with them. Well, turns out they held my account open for WEEKS and let auto payments I had for charity donations come through - all while charging me multiple overdraft fees ON AN ACCOUNT I THOUGHT WAS CLOSED! I didn’t even find this out until years later when my spouse went to add me to his account. Doing some digging this is apparently a practice they’ve done to thousands of people - so many people in fact that the New York Times wrote a report about it. So long story short, this bank not only f$&@s you over while you’re banking there but also after you think you close your account. Avoid at all costs!!!
