Tried to deposit cash into my friend's account but would not accept cash; only check. What bank doesn't accept cash as a deposit? Also, even after doing a transaction, they do not offer public restroom which was unfortunate.

The incompetence and the lack of accountability. The staff should be fired along with Amanda and her supervisor, her supervisor for not answering our calls. We've been lied to, shuffled around and it's very sad. One rep told us we could run the credit card the customer received from the sad excuse for a bank. Called back and another rep told us that was false. Lied to over the phone several times... I'm begging the upper management to listen to our calls/ or read the notes inputted by this company. I'd fire everyone is this branch including Amanda, Ayla and her supervisor. This organization needs training and re-staffed. We were talked down to, laughed at and disrespected daily. look it up Red Carpet Heat and Air services... upper management needs to take control of their staff because you're costing yourself millions. I used to think the stagecoach was a logo, no it's them stuck in the Stone Age with faxing and paper invoices. Call me and I'll come show you how to run a company, I'd fire Amanda Baffoon first... sad sad sad..we faxed something because they couldn't read the signature, after faxing it 5 times , we were told, btw it's the wrong form. I said why didn't you tell me this 5 faxes ago... she said, oh sorry and laughed at me. I'm not done, I'm writing a review daily...Run as fast as you can in the other direction.. you've been warned..

Warning! I believe that this company is selling our info and our identity.Wells Fargo sent me a credit offer. When I applied, they asked 3 proofs of my identity (driver's license, vehicle registration, and vehicle insurance). After I sent them, they rejected me, with the reason: "Identity can't be verified" since there was no other reason (my credit score is high, my address and my name did not change for decades, etc.) However, even though they claimed they could not verify I was the person who applied for the credit card, they had already pulled my credit record. They are only allowed to check credit records if they know who applied.I called them and could not get any reasonable explanation for why they rejected me. So, the only thing I can do is warn people this company is doing some illegal business.

i almost never do reviews, i came to this location to open a business account and primarily to get a business secured credit card. After i asked about the business secured credit card i was told by the banker that they do not carry this card and have not for about two years which I thought was odd because I saw it on their website. After this i went back online to their website and found a number regarding this card and was assured that they still supplied this card to their business account users so i went and opened an account online. after my account was made i applied for the card and was approved. the account set up and card approval was done quick and was satisfactory in all honesty. After this i waited 7 weeks for this card with about four phone calls to the department regarding this service with average hold times of about twenty to thirty minutes. i would not mind the hold times as much as the number of times i was told that the same reason it was taking so long was always the same and being reassured that the information would get put through to another department to which you cannot even talk. today i just went ahead and closed my account because of so much time wasted and guaranteed future time wasted. My opinion with this company is wide miscommunication and focus on getting you as a customer but exceptionally low effort on keeping you as one. hopefully, this helps someone considering Wells Fargo and their banking services my best experience has been with U.S bank but that is just my opinion.

Website says they do foreign cash exchange but when I got there they said you have to order it online. Very misleading and poor communication.

I suggest using almost any other financial institution vs utilizing WF. Do your research on the company then believe that what you read is accurate. We gave them the benefit of doubt (despite all the negative publicity WF received) so that we could save on our interest rates, and we've have regretted it since.

Get calls and when I answer they hang up. When I call back they want your card number and other info from you which I will not give until they tell me why they are calling. It is a predatory trap to confuse you into missing installment payments so they can charge you sky high interest rates on no interest loans.
