I purchased VIP meet and greet tickets to see Rob Zombie, and spoke with four separate staff members on site, and not a one of them could tell us where to go for the meet and greet. That was the most disorganized experience I've had at any concert venue. During the opening act, a bunch of methed up men took to running and launching themselves from the mosh pit to body slam into the audience members in the first three rows of the GA section. Quite a few of us were knocked down and injured repeatedly. Security witnessed the whole thing and did absolutely nothing. Stood there and watched and pretended they didn't hear us when we said they needed to be removed from the venue. Worst concert experience I've ever had.

Attended a concert. No issues. Plenty of restrooms. Plenty of places to purchase merchandise. Plenty of food and beverage options. Well trained staff.

Definitely not the best venue for a concert. Weird angles, low sound quality. The seating for a heavy metal concert is a little absurd. Half the floor was empty. The cost for a t-shirt was 50 bucks.

Lots of parking! Even with full capacity shuttles to hinterland the parking takes up too much downtown space where they could be offering more public goods!

Every event we go to is well organized. I know this takes hundreds of people, both paid and volunteer. Impressive what people can do!
This last time was for a Barnstormers game. Very fun.
