I use their pharmacy to get my medication and this time I was very disappointed. I went today (Saturday) because I was out of two of my medications that I need. There was a sign saying the pharmacist wasn’t on duty. I was immediately upset because now I have to go until Monday in order to get my medication that i’m out of and need.

Came to this location after having a difficult time at another one to do a simple exchange on an item I bought 2 days ago (with the receipt) and had no trouble at all! Staff was helpful and friendly!

I just called for my prescription that they've had for days and I was never notified via text, though the woman said I was supposed to have been. After being on the phone, I just then received a text and call about it being delayed. Just shut this place down and concentrate on different places that can handle the volume. I have a lot more but won't even bother.

This store has gone downhill. Management closes early whenever they feel like it,staff are always rude,I’ve waited at a register for up to 15 MINUTES before getting help. Quite frankly the store just needs to be shut down at this point. Considering the fact that corporate is continuing to let this store run after all the bad reviews and terrible customer service on the management and cashiers part is absolutely ridiculous.

Although this location is farther away, it's worth it for the good customer service. The Walgreen's that is less than 5 minutes away is fully staffed with rude employees. The Ingersoll branch, although short staffed, has mainly been a good experience, my meds are filled correctly (the other charges me each time...), and I like the main pharmacist. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Just spent 38 min waiting in the drive through line only to be told that they had misplaced my prescription and that I should come back Monday. They did give me 5 pills to tie me over, but it’s really frustrating that I wasted all that time.Edit*** I came back Monday and was told that they don’t know when they will have it in because the pharmacist working Friday messed up by giving me the partial fill so now they can’t order it from their supplier because is a partial dose.

Your store has gone downhill. You’re unable to staff the pharmacy while other pharmacies in the area are fully staffed and open in the weekends. The ruse on the side of the building looks awful. Are you o e of the stores that is being closed? Well I just started the transfer of all my prescriptions to CVS.

It took them a week to fill my pain med I had to call them 3 times to get them to do it. I have an other med that was just called in and surprised they are not open again. I have never had a problem before I transfer my meds so I would not have to drive across town. Will be checking out other stores now to get my meds.

If I could give this Walgrens a zero, I would the lady at the front cashier talks on her phone while she’s trying to check people out. She’s very rude and she doesn’t deserve a job at Walgrens by no means Walgrens needs to get better employees very disappointed will not, refer Walgrens to no one horrible, horrible company I do have a picture of the young lady at the front register. I wish I could post her to.

The pharmacy is never open when they're supposed to be. Super annoying when you drive across town and they're closed.
