Here's the deal if you have the Walgreens app and text messages about your prescriptions you still need to call and verify they have them and that they're ready. Or you end up driving back and forth for one prescription at a time because 6 hours isn't enough prep time. That and the pharmacy tech specifically said to do just that. He even stated don't trust the texts or app and to make an actual call. Clearly I need to see if I can use another Walgreens or different pharmacy altogether.

If I can give them 0 stars I would. Horrible with online orders. Constantly delayed or cancelled. Then I get to the store they have everything there that was on the list.

Ok Pharmacy, just way too popular. So busy. Often a long line & wait... I use one way less busy w less confusion too.

On Jan 31 either my doctor's urgent care staff or Walgreens sent a prescription to a store 23 miles from my home versus the store requested which is 3 blocks away. Received text prescription ready at 5pm. On pick up, no offer to transfer prescription or a warning store pharmacy's closed early so missed pickup plus this locations pharmacy closed New Years day. Was able to switch prescription to Walgreen's national competitor on New Years day but the switch took a lot of effort.

Pharmacy review only. And one star because it won’t let give them no stars or a half. Terrible, customer service. We have many prescriptions and are researching better pharmacies after today’s dishonest debacle. I emailed corporate to hopefully get something resolved, a vm out to the BBB and my lawyer.

I always dread coming to this location(especially in the evening) there’s always one person ACTUALLY working while everyone else is off in their own world talking and not tending to people in the store. One of which I believe is actually a manager I think his name is Caleb, Cameron, or something like that. There’s a time and a place to socialize not when there is a store full of people. You should really take care of the customers in the store and help out your teammate. Do better Walgreens.

Strongly reconsidering the fact that I moved all my Rxs to Walgreens. A Rx my son no longer takes was on auto refill and when I picked mine up I also paid for his thinking it was a different Rx. Didn't realize thus until I got home and I took the UNOPENED bag, still stapled shut back the next day. I was told that because it left the pharmacy I couldn't return it. I would understand this is I brought back just a bottle but it was still in the bag and UNOPENED or tampered with which they could clearly see. I ended up throwing it away in their disposal box which they would have done anyway. Thankful it was only $10 with insurance unlike the $163 without, however in today's horrible economy, $10 is actually very valuable. This is very disappointing Walgreens, do better.

States online that pharmacy is open til midnight. Was informed that is false and they are only open til 8pm. This is fine except for the fact the employee was very rude in explaining this fact as well as she made it seem as if this is a known fact and they plan to do nothing about. She says and I quote “yeah well it also says that we’re closed permanently online (untrue) so can’t believe everything you see”. Embarrassing level of responsibility and management at this branch at least.

Unfortunately just as short staffed as every pharmacy in America, but the staff they have on are extremely patient and beyond helpful. My order was filled quick and they took the time to try and save me some money. Very appreciative for their help.

Open until midnight. Store well stocked, fair prices and plenty of sale/specials on everyday items.

Worst Walgreens ever!! Had an appointment to get a booster, I was early and expected to get the shot at the time of the appointment. Instead I was forced to stand in a line of people waiting to pick up prescriptions. The only person visable was working both the walk up and the drive through. She was so slow and obviously had no respect for customer's time. I could have been in line for another half hour but I decided to leave. Go to any other pharmacy if you value your time.

I had to wait 90 minutes to have a prescription transferred from another pharmacy only to be informed that they were out of stock. This establishment lacks organization and shows disregard for the demands of its patrons. Unacceptable in the extreme!

This is a review just for the pharmacy at this location. Even before Covid and the current climate where it is hard to be fully staffed, there is a real lack of accountability and following basic business practices a pharmacy should. Just one example is if there is an issue with one prescription and you pick up another they won't mention the issue with the other prescription. They say they have contacted your doctor, but when I check with my doctor nope they didn't. Just basic stuff like that they fail at.
