If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not go here. Walked in, 5 guys standing around. They looked at my son’s phone, blamed a technical issue on something that isn’t even possible. They refused to actually help us even though we pay for protection on the phone.

The company doesn’t let you keep one payment for 4 phones. My mom had to do 4 separate payments. 1 for my phone, one for my oldest brother, one for her boyfriend and one for herself. My mom prefers to pay once each time for the phones and she has had to pay once a month. One time I had my phone unable to be used a week before it was supposed to be payed for again. Some employees we have called to talk to on the phone to get our service paid for kept telling my mom she would have to wait about 10 minutes then call back and one time when she called back they said they are closed .

Today I was lucky to have had Devon Duarte as my consumer specialist. After much stress after having a device stolen 1.5 weeks ago I entered the Verizon store on Merle Hay Rd. with few patience. Start to finish Devon had a warm smile & was able to guide me informativly to the very end when I greatfully was back up & running like nothing happened.This young man deserves a promotion or at the very least a heafty raise. THANK YOU AGAIN DEVON DUARTE FOR YOUR HELP TODAY!

Of course they're nice people.The Company? Terribly unorganized & has employee after employee lie and waste a customer's entire day with "transferred departments" when it's all based off of the Information The Company Said!!... The whole argument is about each and every department telling me something different from the git-go!...Thanks for nothing. You've escalated to Mediacom status... Didn't ask for much, only what I was told I could have. After 20 years!...Why would you pay top dollar when there's tons of competition out there?

I do like walking into a business and having someone greet me and ask how they can help. It's also great to have a cell phone store that has adequate staffing and customers don't have to stand around and wait all afternoon to be acknowledged. I'm not a Verizon customer and the reason I was there was for a deceased family member, but if I decided to change service, I'd go back here.

I went there today with my brother to get new phones and change plans the people who work their are very nice and professional and the guy who helps us he was awesome and best ☺️
