They have no customer service skills at all and they will give you a hard time when they don’t have to!! I went in to pick up my new phone and they said they couldn’t take my id because it was expired by 3 days, wow big deal. They did not offer any other options or try to help me resolve the situation, they just stared at me looking stupid. And I called the customer service line and they told me they could’ve accepted it, so really the people in the store was just being racist. THEN on my way out I heard one of them laugh. I ended up calling Verizon customer service to get my money back and do business elsewhere. So I had to go back in the store to tell them to cancel my order because that’s what the Verizon customer service number told me I I had the option to do because the Cust service line did not have the option to cancel since it was already on hold at the store and the store people told me they can’t ( they were lying ) and I had to wait 3 days for it to cancel out. I had to sit there and argue with them about it instead of them doing their job!! Then I had to end up calling the customer service people again and they told me once again, it’s their job at the store to cancel the order and they could’ve did it! I hate this store. They gave me a hard time about every little thing plus I had my toddler with me! This made me not even want a phone with verizion. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Terrible service, waited 45 mins told I was next to be helped and nobody came over even after they were done with others. Jordan creek could get us in right away. Dont go to this branch if you can avoid it.

Whatever you do, do not come into this store I bought a iPhone charger here it didn’t work so I brought it back the sales rep and manager said the charger was discounted but they couldn’t give me back money because the drawer would be short so 5 days after the charger that was swapped out stopped working so I returned back to the store to get a refund and now I’m being told I can’t get my money back because it will be mailed in a check when I don’t even have a Verizon account and I also paid cash and it says no where on the receipt where I couldn’t get a refund now the cops are here because I don’t want to leave without my money ( update) cops were called after manager told me repeatedly I wouldn’t get any money back from my charger I am now walking out of the store after speaking with corporate over the phone with my full refund for my charger that I had to refund twice

I had this review at a 4 because this store set me up relatively quickly and painlessly the first time I came in needing to get away from a MVNO, but after I have been in recently, I really can't recommend this location.1) Mostly an annoyance, but it took hours to do a simple trade-in and activation of a new device. I was late to an event due to being in the store a lot longer than it should have taken.2) I was given the wrong information about new plan pricing by a green representative and was told my bill would lower after a month of more expensive service. I don't think he was lying--I think the rep was put in a position to fail by not being taught about any of the plans/pricing structure/promotions and got really confused even though I was repeating the same simple question clearly over and over to confirm my bill would lower to a specific dollar amount eventually.3) When I came in to ask about my bill a few days later (after going home and learning about my permanently higher rate), a different rep sat down with me and said something to the effect of, "Yeah, I don't know, maybe he told you something wrong, but yeah that's the agreement." She basically shrugged her shoulders as if the reps have no responsibility for telling the customers the correct information. I do my best to understand the contracts, but I need to be able to count on the "experts" on the floor in order to understand the bottom line. Upsell all you want--I'm comfortable saying no--but don't supply me with inaccurate information.Big thumbs-down from me :(

Very bad customer services went to get a number swap not the line and took the internet modem back and I got a letter from debt collector saying I owe over $300 went to talk to Verizon and very rude didn't try to help in anyway if you go there make sure you know what they are doing to your account I will close my business acc and all lines from this business very bad and rude employees not happy with their jobs or have a idea of what they are doing becareful

Went in because my screen broke” The Eric” was the nicest guy, helped me with everything I needed, Everyone was very nice and Greeted me with a smile!! Thanks Eric for the GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Be careful and get receipt for each phone if you drop off your trade in here. I went in to drop off my trade in the lady only put into the computer that I returned one phone when I returned two after being extremely rude to me about having to help me turn off find my iPhone. Customer service said I needed to go back into the store and sort it out with the manager as they could only see one phone received. When I did the manager Chase Erickson, was no better than the first lady I dealt with. He acted like I was lying to him said they didn't have the phone, was completely rude while i sat in his store crying because their mistake was going to cost me another 600 dollars as a single mom I cannot afford that. I asked them to pull security footage, he said it would take 2-3 days but they could do that and call me. He never called I just got a notification email the second phone was returned. No apology no nothing. I have filed a complaint with the main Verizon company against this store and the manager. Wanted to post a review to warn others of this.

I worked with Jon today and he was great. He did a great job of explaining to me and we are trying a new sim card to see if that helps. If not I will go back and work with him to get a new phone. I appreciate his help. Thank you Jon!
