Terrible service my company does not get mail until very late in the afternoon they will hold packages and mail without being told to but yet they continue to raise prices but service continues to get worse and worse I'd give zero stars if allowed

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE ! CANNOT CONTACT A LIVE AGENT ! COMPUTERS SUCK ! SAID I HAD RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, BUT THERRE IS NO PACKAGE TO BE FOUND AND NO WAY TO NOTIFY THE USPS !

I submitted a service request on March 5 for a missing package. I spoke to the post office multiple times in person, phone, my mail route carrier, even a supervisor. The supervisor called March 8 Alvin Jefferson and said they would escalate as a missing item. Then I called Monday to find they closed the request without notifying me or my authorization. I then had to reopen and re escalate the request. What a disservice. Don’t come for customer service. It was my mother’s birthday gift. I guess they don’t think a lost gift is a big deal. Update: I gave my info to an employee on wed the 13. The escalation team told me they couldn’t locate it and to fill out a missing mail claim online I cannot believe all the work for this. I cannot believe they lost 1-3 day priority mail

Carrier refuses to deliver my son's mail to our apartment just because his name wasn't on the apartment mailbox. Address was accurate. This has negatively impacted my family as we needed the health documents that were sent to us. Post office management didn't care.

They put our package locker key in the wrong mailbox preventing me from getting my package. I called to tell them so I could get my stuff and nobody answered the phone after calling multiple times.

I sent a box a week ago today from the Pleasant Hill post office. Was suppose to get there in Missouri on Friday. Here it is a week later and no one knows where my box is. I have tracked it to no where. Been on the phone. No one at the Pleasant Hill post office picks up the phone so you get no where there. Do not send anything from this post office.

The front desk staff were so rude to myself and an older lady next to me. The worker said to the older lady, “I said we were out, that was the first thing I told you”. She was actually wrong, they were not out. She never once apologized to her or made it right! I don’t know why these two ladies think they can speak to people the way they do, but it’s not ok! USPS should be taking care of this!

Got prestamped envelopes and sent out some mail. The lady at the counter was very sweet. A little busy at the end of the day but only waited in line about 5 minutes

I’ve lived at this address for over 2 years and I still almost daily get other peoples mail. Sometimes the address is for an appointment and I live in a new housing development so not even close to the same address. Just recently I had to reschedule a delivery for certified mail I needed to sign for. I scheduled it and they never came. A couple days go buy and I find the certified mail in my mailbox with writing all over it as it was delivered to the wrong person before I got it. Due to the fact I never signed for it and it was given to the wrong person then just left in my mailbox is not okay.. You pay for certified mail to ensure the right person receives it.. I’ve attempted to talk to the staff about these issues and they are dismissive and just shrug you off blaming the mail delivery person.
