The USPS delivery guy doesn’t deserve one star- a 4th grader would’ve been more responsible. Tossed a package on the step at our front door-next to a planter with a tall plant. The package (with a glass container) was not sitting flat as someone carefully put it there- it was lopsided like it was thrown. Got home and the ceramic pot that is always right next to the front door is laying on the ground next to our porch and the plant is out of the pot laying on the porch.We have had strong winds throughout the summer and it stands still- -60 mph winds the other night and it didn’t budge-it had to be pushed off the step by someone for that to happen with it being out of the pot and laying the way it was. Wish I had a security camera because some driver would be reported right now. If I could post pictures on here I would.

Worst experience EVER!!! NEVER will I go through them again. Waist of my money to think I would get my product early and on time. Don’t waist your time with them!!

Mark the supervisor is one of the rudest people I’ve EVER come in contact with. He needs to be fired. One of their carriers stole my very expensive item that I ordered from amazon. I will be filing a police report and holding Mark responsible since he wants to hang up in people’s faces.

Once again my package has been sitting here for 2 weeks and no one can tell me where it’s at, other than “well I did see it scan in”. I Was Told to file a claim. Which will be like the third one. This is The only post office is the U.S that I have problems with. It’s like every single time it’s either over a week late or never comes. Highly mad just because the the value of my package is worth way more than the insurance. Over it.

I wish (almost more than I wish I'd get my packages) that I could give this place 0 stars. The absolute worst USPS facility in the country. I've never had a package go through this place and arrive on time; I've also had an extremely rare book get mysteriously "lost in transit" with absolutely no word from USPS as to whether or not it will be "found". I am now convinced this place is run by the most overwhelmingly incompetent individuals on the face of the earth, and it should be immediately shut down and demolished before it "loses" some poor child's birthday gift that his/her parents saved up for weeks to afford. Either someone there is stealing packages (which would, interestingly, make them the most hardworking and productive person there), or they are just that bad (which is hard to believe, considering the sheer mastery of incompetence, almost to the point of making it an art form, that would entail - and I sincerely doubt anyone there is that good at anything.) If I could, I would demand adamantly that my packages go literally anywhere else, and avoid at all costs this joke of a facility; it is USPS's black hole - where hopes and gifts go to die. I would prefer that someone walk my items to my house, because at least there might be a chance I'd get it in a timely manner (or at all.) Pathetically bad - impressively so. Way to go, guys. Proud of you.

Currently waiting on my priority shipping to reach it's customer. After it reaches Des Moines, suddenly no further contact. Should I exclude that entire section of the country from my shipping business? This is not professional and never acceptable.

This place should be sued. This is know as the place where packages disappear. I read plenty of reviews where this location is where the tracking stops and they never get their stuff. I have a package supposedly there that says esstimated delivery was 4 days ago and no one will answer the phone or let me talk to an operator. I am sooooooo pisssed its not even funny. Why pay for fast delivery when it will get stuck and lost in that specific place every time. I want my money and parts asap or i am going to sue. I am already going to file something complaining and insert thousands of pissed reviews about this location. How is it still up and running when its a known black whole for packages. Its a complete farse that it is still a place where it is aloud that stuff gets mailed through if they never finish the trasnsit of parts or packages
