They lost my letter from the IRS and all they could do was tell me to contact the IRS to have it resent!?! Are you kidding me!!! You guys never get my mail delivered properly! Now today I had a package scanned as delivered and then 10 minutes later it says no such number. Then the best part is they say we don't have a regular carrier on our route so that's why stuff is missing. I could do a better job myself than what these people are paid to do!

The people on the phones hang up on you, when you place a package on hold they still ship them, they constantly have “scanning problems” and lose packages, they promise to call back with updates but don’t, just overall terrible customer service. Literally the worst post office I’ve ever been to. Don’t use this post office, try a different one.

Rudest group of people working there. Received a letter that my package had to be inspected for a claim. I came in at 4:30 closes at 5. Cashier #2 said I needed to work with cashier #3 and to step out of line until cashier is done assisting another person. Cashier #3 was unable to help me and went to manger on duty. Cashier #3 took a copy of the claims letter and said the system was down and manager on duty would be calling me. I asked cashier #3 if I should try a different location since I don’t get off work until 3:30-4. Super rude the cashier said do what you want but manager on duty would be calling you. This was July 2 never received a call from the manager on duty.

Walked in at 4:55 to get some stamps and an older female employee just yelled “we’re closed!” at me. I said I thought they were open until 5, and I just needed stamps but she refused service and wandered away.I totally get not wanting to deal with folks at the end of a shift, but it was very rude and it wasn’t like I rushed in at 5:00 on the dot with a bunch of packages to send.

I receive my mail out of this post office facility. My mail delivery people are nice, efficient and they have 99% accuracy in delivery of correct items. I seldom go to the actual location but when I have the staff have been very nice and eager the assist me.

They told me it would be a $4 charge to tape my box. A strip of tape doesn’t cost $4.

I went in to get my mail today and this lady was in there patiently waiting to get a package pick up at the door (Saturday). It's supposed to be open till noon. When I got there it was 11:45. She said she had rang the bell a couple of times. I rang it about 3 or 4 times and heard nothing as if they shut the noise off and you could hear two gentlemen back there talking until they heard us talking about them not answering. Check your cameras. They never waited on her.

I got a package didn't know till I let my cat in saw it on the WET MAT on the GROUND!! SO not happy this could of fit in my MAILBOX no EXCUSE!!
