Can’t call for help. All you get is a broken ai automated teller service that just repeats the same lines over and over. A slip arrived at the apartment I stay they have a package to sign for but you can’t find out any information about what to do because the slip does not have a tracking number.

2 years later I'm still getting mail from the previous owner despite explaining they don't live here anymore.It's run by the government so what do you expect. Maybe if It was run like an actual business things would change.

The mail person keeps giving me the former tentant mail in my mailbox I have live at this address for a year only my name is on the mailbox I wrote return to sender does not live here it's been sitting up on the mailbox for about 2 weeks now I wrote to the mail person a note to pick up this mail this person doesn't live here the mail person won't read my not the post office won't canswe the phone the mail person once threw down the mail onto the floor and when I picked it up and put it back on the mailbox he or she just st lay the mail face down I don't know what time they come if I knew what time I would be standing there and make them pick up that mail heck they sometime delivered me mail at 7:30 pm if they can't do it heor job then they should quit

Our regular postman is great on delivery of our mail. If he is gone, nobody seems to deliver our mail. It's been 4 days and nobody answers the phone at this location. We are a business and needing our mail.

Just spoke with quite possibly the rudest supervisor of my life.REFUSED to deliver my packageSaid next time they just return to sender.Said they refuse to deliver ANYTHING to my houseAnd when I asked for clarification I got hung up on.I get my heart medications delivered as well as other things and when I tried to explain that instead supervisor hung up mid sentence.
