Went in for an early upgrade, Maria was fantastic in not only helping setting up, but making conversation and answering questions that were asked. i would recommend her for any questions regarding phone plans, specific devices you’re interested in and what would be best for yourself long term.

I was supposed to go in for an interview during the event held today. I was scheduled from 12-12:30. I showed up 15 minutes early per usual. I took a long lunch break from my current position specifically for this interview. I got checked in and sat down to wait. I waited until 1 watching several people get called back and had to leave since I was only on break. I didn't know if I would want to work there after seeing how terrible they are at scheduling.

What a treat. I was so unhappy with my prior internet service. I mentioned it casually to Reece Hinz and he got me interested in US Cellular service. I am thrilled with the change. He was not only right, but went out of his way to make everything easy. Couldn’t be happier with the service from Us cellular and Reece.

Whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. And do not trust anything they say. I went in to take advantage of a promo that they had called me about for a “free” iPhone for my daughter at Christmas time. We both had Samsung phones previously that were paid off. While we were getting her phone set up, the rep suggested I also get the new iPhone and they would both be free. My bill would increase for a month or two but would go back to what it was before because they were free phones. I agreed. Now we are in March (that was December) and my phone bill is over 100 dollars more. I called customer service and they said that no such promo was applied and they can’t tell me why we were told this. Now we are responsible for these new phones when I had a fully functioning paid off phone before. Do not use this store ever. They will say anything apparently to get you into a contract, including flat out lie.

Had to wait 45 just to pay my bill. Then the worker rolled her eyes at me. Don’t recommend this store.

Had a very positive experience at this store and found everyone to be very helpful in purchasing my new phone and starting on a new plan with them. Process was quick and easy with Cole who helped me! Thumbs up to this store ??

So my phone was recently stolen and I went to this location to try to get them to transfer my number to an old phone that I had that is not a US Cellular SIMs card but it's still compatible with their Network the first day I went a lady by the name of tiara was going to transfer my number the account is in my name but the account holder in pin are different I know the account holder and the pin I know that information she was willing to transfer my number but told me that I needed to go to Metro PCS and get my sims card unlocked before she could transfer my service which was incorrect information because being I had already had a US Cellular SIMs card they could have gave me a demo Sims and I could have been on my way I called customer service and have suspended my service with the US Cellular and in return I will get a full credited refund I will take my business elsewhere and for future references I would not have been able to suspend that service if I was not the original account holder I have also filed a complaint with the corporate office with the 2.8 percentage of customers down that you are losing you would think you would have a little more polite friendly customer service and as a manager Matt's you have a very smart mouth and I would never have cussed at you had you have not had a smart-mouth you are rude you insinuated that I was trying to add a line to somebody else's account and the account was not mine customer service was able to find my accounts with my name on it and my friend's name and password but I was the sole account holder maybe you should teach your tech support and your self to dig a little deeper and go that extra mile to achieve that wonderful customer service like other stores

Had an amazing and quick experience. Came in with a dying screen on a 11 promax and was given an amazing trade in deal.Walked out with a 14plus, new case, charger, car mount and a screen protector in under an hour. Cole did amazing at his job.
