Hard to get answers from the store when they don't answer, or when they do answer, you ask a question, get an answer, ask another question and they hang up. $90+ shipping for one item and I can't get a straight answer.

They've been great getting me in and out quickly. Yeah, they charge for boxes if you neglect to return Amazon stuff without a shipping box but they also box it up. I think that's fair. They charged me $2.00 once and $2.50 another time -- would probably spend that buying a box elsewhere as apparently Amazon requires a return in a box.
Anyway, these folks have been pleasant and get me on my way in short order, can't ask for much more.

Was told they had my package but couldnt give it to me because they were going to deliver it tomorrow. When i wasnt home, as i told them i wouldnt be, they decided to mail it back to the sender. Why couldnt you just give me the package when i was there in person and the package was just in the other room? Also good luck getting anyone to answer the phone

We like the convenience of the ups store but the staff at the fleur location are rude and nasty leading us to not renewing our lease for our box when it expires.

Flat out stole my package after charging me 30.00 to send it every time I call the store to find out why they stole it Ankush hangs up on me. / To your response to this comment your lying can see all the reviews left by others, you are constantly over charging people ripping them off and then "losing" their packages LOL losing...... tell your lies elsewhere sir.

The employees were incredibly helpful! I got all messed up with my Amazon returns and they helped me figure it all out. I’ll go back to them for all my shipping stuff.
