I had a heavy package which was going to be difficult for me to carry. I call when I got to the store and a staff member immediately came to the car carry the package. And with a smile!

Get rid of the short little old annoying unprofessional man and ill come back and give you maybe 4 stars. The store is conveniently close but from now on i will go so out of my way to not go there just because of that little old disrespectful man.

I have used this location multiple times. Staffs have been very helpful in the past. However this time Rick went above and beyond to help me out even though I was there after the store’s closing time. He was very nice and helpful. I would definitely go back there again!!

I never return Amazon items here, however, I was returning an item off of a registry and I didn’t have the another option. I didn’t have it taped because I was in a hurry and I remembered from a previous visit here a nice employee taped a package the man in front of me brought here on accident that should have gone to USPS the employee said “here you go man, the post office is across the street.”
Anyhow, they told ME this morning that my package would be $4 to tape???? I get maybe like $1 since it is supplies, I understand. But $4??? That has to be a joke. Only giving 2 stars because the hardware store across the street was easy to walk in and buy my own tape then I taped my package and walked back in the UPS store. They did say I could buy an $8 mini roll of tape in lieu of them taping it for me (ha!). I went to the nice hardware store to buy it just out of principal at that point.

When a package was looking like it was lost in transit, Liz was incredibly helpful in taking the time to assist in creating a claim as well as trying to find where the package ended up. They found it and it was successfully delivered. I will use them again in the future to ship my packages.

Worst return for Amazon of my life, Amazon says and I have documentation - do you want to return with or without a label - I choose no label, I take my box in to return it and a very rude man tells me he can't take the box without a label, also then tells me he'll charge me 4 dollars for some tape to tape up to the box - avoid this location at all possible costs at all possible times. Let their rude and unwelcoming behavior allow them to go belly up and out of business - have a fantastic day !

They tried to charge my husband over $7 for a box when the return directions state to bring the unboxed item to an eligible UPS store. This is not the first time I have used this location and suddenly they are won’t take items even though they are listed as a participating location? From the rest of the reviews I and seeing it sounds like they make up their own rules. I will gladly drive to a different location to avoid being ripped off.

The store manager is a pathetic excuse for a leader. They're an independent store and must have terrible sales because he treats prepaid customers like dirt, and I bet it's because his store doesn't get credit for those sales and has terrible margins. UPS should be embarrassed to let this guy drag their name through the dirt, and they were very upfront telling me that they received many complaints about this specific manager. Time to trim the unproductive fat, UPS corporate!

If I could give zero stars, I would. For years, I have gone to UPS stores and dropped off packages that have a label already affixed and package ready to go. I went in and saw there were people in line and there was no sign of where I could drop off ready to go packages. I waited until one of the people had a moment. The guy was LITERALLY dancing while he weighed a package. I said, "excuse me, sir, I have a package ready to go and I do not need a receipt. Is there a place I can put this?" I kid you not when I tell you he yelled at me and said, "YOU CANNOT JUST INTERRUPT ME AND THINK THATS OKAY WHEN THERE ARE ALL THESE PTHER PEOPLE , THATS NOT RIGHT AND YOU CANT DO THAT, the package can go there." The guy was dancing. He wasn't speaking. I didn't respond, dropped my package and left. Who does he think he is to talk to customers like that?? DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. There is a reason that they have 3 stars. I will not be back, no matter how desperate I am, I will go out of my way to go to the Urbandale location over ever returning to this store.

I needed to ship two boxes full of fragile, porcelain, collector Christmas decorations gifted to me by parents and worth about $1000, and was terrified that they'd never arrive in once piece. I left the packing to the Beaverdale UPS store, and the staff packed them with tremendous care and professionalism. They arrived across the country in perfect condition, so I called them to thank them! So grateful for the expert way they treated these priceless family heirlooms so they can be enjoyed by another generation! Thanks, UPS Store! You went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate it!
