Unless you have a package ready for shipping already (especially Amazon) they can’t do it. The give you a list of UPS Stores you can go to.

Awful hours. Every time I need to make a drop off, it always seems its between 12:30 and 3:30 pm when they're closed. Who has hours like that????? UPS should do better.

During my recent visit to the UPS store, I observed that the employees were speaking Tagalog and making negative comments about customers. As a customer, I felt a bit disappointed and undervalued. I think it would be helpful if they could receive additional training in customer service and language sensitivity to better understand the importance of providing excellent customer service to everyone, regardless of their background or language.
Furthermore, I noticed that they seemed to be frustrated and had a poor attitude after spending 45 minutes with UPS customer service on the phone. In that situation, they refused to follow the instructions provided by the representative on the phone and started shouting at the gentleman on the phone. They also mentioned that the franchise store had more tools that they were not equipped with, even though I had already confirmed with the franchise, the driver, and their customer service that they could handle it.
Overall, I believe that these two employees should not be working for UPS maybe with proper training and guidance they can find a different career. I hope that UPS can provide them with the necessary coaching to help them understand the importance of customer service and how to handle difficult situations in a professional manner.
I am a Stock holder at UPS and this is not acceptable.

Consistently loses my packages, constantly delivers them to the wrong address time and time again. I wish I could pay extra so UPS wouldn't handle these deliveries.

WORST . CUSTOMER SERVICE . EVER! I can not , for the life of me, understand how these folks remain in business. It takes an act of god to get an actual person on the phone through their automated voicemail, and then none of them have English as their first language (They tend to be hard to understand and often do not understand you) They are never local folks. (The one today swore there was a local weather event delaying delivery, *looks out window at clear weather*.) My package is delayed (but arrived in the Des Moines Facility this morning per tracker) Delivery delayed until tomorrow. I call UPS, say I can not take yet another day off to be here to sign for package. Can I pick this up? No says the rep, it isn't in Des Moines...(what...???) Can I have it redirected to a pick up facility tomorrow where I can show my ID and sign? No says the rep, it can only be delivered to your address.. I paid for this service I say, why can I NOT change the place of delivery with proof of ID. "Because" says the rep. (no other reason given) What is your customer service recovery option for this obviously upset (with good reason) customer. Rep says "We don't do that" states the rep.
UPS customer service is basically, "Shut up, Bend over, and take it how WE want to give it." It would be nice if they gave a jar of Vaseline first, to make the experience less painful. I have YET to have even one, single, normal, uneventful experience with UPS.
Time to update. Once again, have a package being brought by the DSM UPS. Where is it you ask? Not a damn idea where its is at. cALL ups? No answer, when the call is answered, no person, then drops. Package to be here between 2 and 4, even get the little map showing the truck, then its 3 to 5pm, then its before 7pm, then its before 8:15 pm...Now...well it wont be delivered for another three days...Maybe sometime Monday. WTH UPS!! How can you justify the cost of delivery if you don't EVER deliver the package on time??? EVER! In the last 4 years I have not ever had a simple uncomplicated encounter with UPS. Not once have they been on time, not once has there been a "person" to explain, to promise, to actually talk to. What do I want, either my packages on time as promised, or compensation for my time waiting for you to do what you are paid to do. Are you able, in any form, to treat your customer with even a sliver or respect??? Going from past experience, No you are utterly incapable of this.

Trash customer service and support the most you get is “sorry” or “sorry you feel that way” overpaid for low quality service.

Don't even deserve the one star
Was waiting outside 7 hours in van for the delivery and when they stopped in front of my place , here I was thinking I'm going to have what I waited for, nope didn't happen they didn't even get out and then they took off then I received a message saying that we are sorry we missed you will try next business day
Guessi need to wait another 7 hours just to try to get my package
(Maybe they keep for themselves)

Once again they put a sticker on the outside of the building, don't call, and play the game of "you can't change the address of this delivery, we won't deliver, why do you bother using our services?" Also, the number on google just goes to a robot.
