“I had a coolant leak in the rental box truck I had driven from the Washington DC area for fire department training in Ames. The young lady behind the service counter was very nice and the Technician Ron was very helpful. I went and dropped off the load of training props I had and then he dropped what he was doing to get me back up and running as fast as he could. I was given a truck that was subpar in my opinion but you all took care of repairs professionally.”

“Penske was extremely helpful with assisting me in my reservation for a truck rental. We needed a 12 feet truck to move. Luckily they now have updated 2022 modelVans big enough to fit one bedroom stuff. Service was great. Had no issues picking or dropping the truck off. Prices are reasonable.”

“Great place to rent a car trailer!! They have everything you need! Very very pleased that they hooked up everything at the Urbandale IA location and unhooked everything at the Omaha 84th L St location. I did not even have to get out to do anything. Exceptional Customer Service at both locations!! We did set up reservations at the Omaha location and the guy who helped us (sorry did not get his name, dark haired guy) was polite and professional. Thanks for making this a simple and easy visit!! I truly appreciate it!!”

“I love renting from U-Haul, the price for renting a really nice brand new pickup truck is only $19.99 a day! You have to really watch your mileage because extra mileage fees are pretty high and they don't offer unlimited mileage but they did negotiate on the cost of overage fees for us!”

“I was in des Moines with my trailer loaded for Wisconsin. Boss called and need something in Nebraska. I called this location and they went out of there way to help me. Moved things so I could park my trailer at there location. I rented a utility Trailer from them rental was $34 so it's not like they made big money off of me but they treated me like I was royalty. Excellent people at this location!!!!”

“Though short staffed at times ALL the employees are super accommodating and helpful. I had trouble with getting into my storage unit and without asking a man walking by, a Uhaul staff member told me what to do with swiping the right side first then the left. They are so patient even when multitasking with numerous truck returns! I am sorry I forget her name but i went in on the 3rd of October to see if my payment date could be changed to that day every month as that is when I receive my SS check as a senior. It took a few phone calls for her to get the assistance she needed but solved my problem!! Very kind everytime I have had her at the front of the store!! You all should give lessons in customer service as it is hard to find these days! Too many complaining about being overworked and TIRED! Kudos to your management team as it reflects in your staff! 10 stars if I could rate that high!”
