“I rented a truck for about three weeks and staff could not have been nicer. A big shout out to Nathan and Delila for their help. My first truck had an issue but they were quick to swap out and even ask if they could have transfer freight which we decided. I will rent again.”

“I had a coolant leak in the rental box truck I had driven from the Washington DC area for fire department training in Ames. The young lady behind the service counter was very nice and the Technician Ron was very helpful. I went and dropped off the load of training props I had and then he dropped what he was doing to get me back up and running as fast as he could. I was given a truck that was subpar in my opinion but you all took care of repairs professionally.”

“The owner was EXCELLENT and very fair!!! He gave me the truck rental during a very busy period for a 26 hour period when U-Haul said I could only have it for 12 hours during the busy season. I had a three bedroom house to move and am not a college student. He reduced my mileage rate and only charged me $10 when I was late returning the truck. This location was so outta my way but very worth the experience and service!!!”
