“I’ve been a customer for awhile now and usually only stop in to purchase a lighter. The people working have always been kind, helpful, and not pushy. But, tonight I stopped in at 11pm looking for a lighter. I didn’t have my card on me and asked the gentleman if I could use apple pay. He told me there was a $2 card minimum- understandable. I told him I’ll just buy two lighters but he insisted it was ok and gave me the lighter free of charge. I appreciate his small gesture and kindness. The definition of “Iowa nice”. I’ll be back.. and with an extra dollar for the tip jar!”

“Not only were they open like 10 minutes early, I went in there for kratom and I told the guy how much I had and he basically gave me something that was worth twice the amount of money, and even spotting me something to change that it would have cost in the giving me what I had and what it cost after he gave me a discount. Very personable staff, I forgot how great they are but I will be back more often than I have been in recent days”

“Not recommended fish game tables. They arent even fun to play most of the time, just hurry and take your money. Cheap cigarettes! Open at 9, til midnight, so great hours for the most part. Good variety of things you need on the fly that most places won't have. All in all, it's a convenient store for alcohol and all smoke related needs.”
“Great customer service, good selection with a range of prices. Plus I love how they have tags on everything that show pricing thresholds, so stuff that looks really expensive that you'd normally ignore you can easily see if it's in budget before even seeing price tag.”
“I prefer this location over the others. It is more casual and they have kratom in stock more frequently than the others. The workers are better here too. Not a fan of the West location though it is more convenient than having to go into the mall. When I do come here I like to come through Target and find it more convenient than coming in through the Mall's main entrance.”
“My husband and I stop at this store whenever we're in town. It is basically a smoke shop with a few snacks and drinks. Their selection of water pipes, ecigs, and lighters is great. They are always adding new items. It is a family owned business, and they are all super nice and friendly. Their prices are a little lower than average on most things.”
“This is an actually nice place to buy for lots of good stuffs such as cigarettes are cheaper than the other places I went, they have really good brand vapes, vangs are really great. They also have this “fish game” it’s a store credit. Very fresh and clean inside and the staffs are really nice.”

“Fishing is par. They have cigs for under 5 bucks still... Can't complain about that...always open too. Still all good. Yes they have gas and bathrooms as well... Open 24 hours a day. No fishing gear actually required.... Ha”
“I went here for kratom on Sunday because no one else was open. Anyways, smokin joes was open about 3 hours earlier than anyone else.
The woman working behind the counter was extremely pleasant and very helpful. I’ll be going back to smokin joes based on this interaction alone.”

“I visit here at least weekly. Competitive prices and a good selection. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable about the growing vape and smokeless tobacco products and merchandise. The current store manager Ginger is awesome and the store is always very clean with a good layout. The only thing I can say needs improvement is it takes a significantly longer amount of time to get in and out than It does at either of the other two tobacco stores that are right next door and across the street.”
