I'm not entirely sure to what extent the initial diagnostic was taken but I appreciate them fixing what they did fix.”

“I came in today to get 4 new tires and I figured I’d stay and wait for my truck. I was told I could wait inside and where the bathroom was. As I was greeted super nice and was helped right away, the best and most amazing and beautiful part about staying was I was able to pick up a bible and read while I waited. I’m 41 years old and I want to say this has got to be the best book I’ve ever got to pick up and read while I waited for my service to be done.”

“Our Dodge Durango's engine thermostat failed while we were on a summer road trip from Pennsylvania. It was already late afternoon and many mechanics were either closed for the day or had no available bays. Cotofo's was the one exception. They not only answered the phone, but told us we could stop in immediately. The shop was easy to find, just a few turns off the interstate. And there was no wait: They got our Durango in right away, diagnosed the problem, and fixed us up with a new thermostat and an oil change, then got us right back on the road. We didn't wait more than an hour. They also had free cold beverages available in the waiting area which was a plus on a hot summer day. The owner even followed up with us multiple times in the following weeks to make sure we were satisfied—which says a lot considering we're from Pennsylvania and not likely to be repeat customers. If you're in the Des Moines area, whether you live there or are just passing through like we were, don't hesitate to give Cotofo's a call. Thanks guys!”
