I've been a Tim Ford State Farm customer for almost 25 years! (Time flies, right)... I've had house insurance, renters insurance and covered several vehicles with them! When I moved out of DM to small town Iowa, I checked some local rates and nobody could come close to matching what I have with Tim Ford State Farm! Customer service is top notch too!! Trust me when I say if I had a complaint, I'd voice it!!! Five stars all the way!

State Farm is the premier company and Tim Ford's office is the place you want to call. We worked with Karen Ladd on policies for home and auto. I cannot say enough positive things about Karen. She is very personable, courteous, professional and genuinely cares about her customers. She made the whole experience enjoyable and this whole office is top notch. I have been with Time Ford’s state farm agency for a about three years now. When we decided to move to iowa, we needed to insure our vehicles while still living in our other State, and even though we didn’t live here yet, they still took us in as clients. I have had a great experience working with the different Team members in that office. I can tell that they really care about me and my family and want to make sure that we have the best experience as we can with them. I have had a couple of accidents while with them and they were quick to point me in the right direction and help us feel comfortable in trying time. I recommend this agency.
