Folks, pawn shops don’t want your stuff, they want you to borrow the money you need, pay off the loan and take your stuff home. If your item is worth $500 but you only need $100, then just get the $100 and pay it back ASAP. Follow this advice and your life will be much better.

Brought in a few 14k gold items, the gentlemen could not identify the material so he asked for a secondary opinion. The second individual came and suggested the items was counterfeit, by just looking at the pieces. I told him absolutely not, test them. "It will turn green" the man suggested confidently . Doubt it, I replied. Due to the lack of experience the man was convinced that my pieces were fake. I requested my items to be tested. Knowing the authenticy it tested out for 585, after several different tests they ran he commented, "well I guess it will be a risk we will take" with the poor customer service and experience I decided not to continue business. Offering super low and terrible customer service, I would NOT recommend doing business with this place whatsoever.

Came in to have an item valued and versus valuing the item they asked how much are you looking to get? Might be normal but I got the vibe that if I told them a number that was low balling myself they would have gave it to me no problem instead of valuing the item and giving a fair amount for it.

Don't purchase from this store they sold me a xbox that they removed the hard drive from so they pretty much ripped me off for $150. The hard drive is going to cost another $110 for a system I could go purchase for $130 complete at GameStop.
