Ted's recently re-painted much of my car, and removed numerous rock chips and other imperfections. KC and his staff were great to work with - they were patient, friendly, communicated well, and overall professional. Their final work on my car was excellent. I bought a new car, and within 30 days it was damaged. I was backing out of the garage and accidentally ran into it. I was so upset! My vehicle is metallic gray and challenging to match. I took it to Teds, and they did a fabulous job! The staff is very professional; my car looks brand new; I was charged a reasonable price! I would definitely recommend Ted's Body Shop! Thank you!!!

Where do I even start... I had my truck towed there to be looked at for damages caused by a towing company not related to this company. I chose this place first because I have a friend that works there and second they seem to do good work according to the reviews. Everything was smooth sailing at first, they got the estimate submitted to my insurance for payment. That's when all went down hill, it sat for a week which I was pretty understanding about, given everything anymore is behind. Then was told it had to get towed (truck still doesn't run from originally problem) to their Altoona location because they were getting a new parking lot in DSM. Again, not a big deal I'm pretty understanding person! Then it sat and sat and sat. I would call to get an update first it was they got to find someone to work on it, again fine I understand. Then I call and was told LouAnn would check on it and call me back... never happened. So I would call again still sitting. By about the third week I called LouAnn asking her to imitate a tow back to the dealership to fix the originally issue before it was out of warranty, LouAnn agreed.... Hadn't heard anything back so I called the next week stumbling over her words well I just got back from vacation (if I would have been told she may not get to it until she gets back, fine I understand) and we'll uhhh I haven't done it. So, I initiated the tow trying to reach out to my insurance company first but decided screw it. I'm fed up with both my insurance and Teds, so I pay out of pocket for the tow. I call Teds back telling them my tow driver would be there and I expected a check for the full amount, as they STILL NEVER completed the body work, to only be told they lost the check and don't know the amount. Good thing I have all the emails from my insurance company. But told LouAnn I wanted a call back by 5p that night to know how they were going to make it right. To my surprise at 508p she calls to tell me they found the check and will write me a new one (husband went to pick up so they didn't manage to loose this check too). Seriously... what kind of a business loses an insurance check?! Well it gets even better... my tow driver calls me while down there to only tell me TBS states they don't have my keys. Which I knew they did, because my husband went to get stuff out of his truck and LouAnn asked him if he needed the key but he had our spare. Teds told my tow driver they were never given to them. So I call and spoke to LouAnn who again stumbling over her words and said well ya we have them we just don't know where they are. Are you kidding me?! The key chain was in our truck but the key was removed... for what reason? By this time I am irate, I call leave a message asking for the owner Adam to call me. Adam calls me telling me that he was told they didn't have them but now being told they did have them. Adam said he was driving over to the other location to look for them and would call me back in a hour. Still have yet to hear anything. So I called back asking to talk to Adam to see if he found them, to only be told he can't come to the phone. Ok. Fine. I asked Desiree if they found them and she advised me again Adam will call you but he wants to know what dealership we towed our truck to. My husband went to get our truck to find out a new key was ordered by Teds (still no call from Adam to tell me he's making this right). Find out from dealership no one will answer their calls now to get payment and they can't leave a message because their VM is full.... What a joke. Beyond poorly ran. Might be helpful to have their s*** together! Maybe hire people that know how to communicate with customers and keep s*** organized. Never will be back and sure won't be recommended to anyone!

My friend took her vehicle to this auto body shop" and the put on a new grille molding and it's bubbles and ugly., they claim it was only thr the bottom piece they replaced so they won't help. Problem is bottom one is just as bad. When she told them both the owner and his helper sent back nasty messages.

I stopped in at Ted's to get an estimate, I talked with Kasey and explained what I wanted to do. Ted's called the very next day with the anticipated arrival of the parts and scheduled the day for repairs. I took my vehicle in on the scheduled day, met with Kasey again and reviewed what I wanted done. The repairs were completed faster than promised and my vehicle looks amazing!! Everyone at the shop is very friendly and helpful!! Highly recommend Ted's if your vehicle needs repairs, done right and on time!!Service: Body & Trim
