I spoke with Gloria by phone and she was wonderful!! She answered all my questions and explained how to get my rental unit set up and was very patient and kind as I had some document issues, but we got it all figured out and I am very grateful. Thank you Gloria!!!

They kindly showed me unit prior to making a decision. Unit was clean, free lock included.Seemed pretty secure with fencing all around.

I was looking to store my RV for a month, called Storage of America and was told that they had space. Went to their office and paid for a month then they gave me a map of their space which looked like a paved parking area. It was not only not paved but it wasn’t even part of the facility. They had a gate at the back of the facility that led to I would call a muddy goat trail with trees encroaching on the “road” and junk everywhere. I didn’t even want to drive my truck through there. It looked like someone was living in a van on-site.The whole parking area was on a hill so good luck trying to level up your RV.Rent is monthly so I’m not out too much money. Oh! Nothing on any paperwork had an address for the facility so it took me a while to find it. No signs, nothing.Would not recommend Storage of American to anyone. SAD

Do not park your camper at this place. I had a battery stolen. When I called to tell the manager he said they had a break-in. I was never notified about the break-in. The sheriff was there when I did a check up and I asked what happened. Another camper had battery, lp tanks, and license plate stolen. The license plate was replaced with a license plate that was stolen. My rent was increased and my camper was there 4 days tops before this happened. This is not the only break-in's, this seems to happen more than it should.
