Wouldn't even give half a star. Tried to use automatic wash, card was charged but wash never started. Same thing happened to the lady next to me with the other automatic wash. No on-site office or phone number to reach out for a refund. Having to dispute with bank. Place needs shut down.

If I could rate this place, zero stars, I would, call the owner to advise him that bay number two was still running up time after I press stop and would not react, so basically anyone can pull in there and get a free car wash when I talk to the owner. He didn’t seem like he was very invested in his business and didn’t really care what I had to say, my card has not been charged twice from that place, and I will be contacting Touch4Wash to advise them of his business practices

Just used the vacuum. I could have just went up the street on euclid and used that one but too many residential houses and it would be too noisy

Do not use your credit/debit card here. I had to wait for over a week to get refunded and they charged me $3 for a 5 min usage. It would be better to spend your money else where.

Went through the automatic wash and when I got to my destination and got out, realized my car was still filthy. Waste of $10 and now I have to wash my car again. The wand that sprays water wasn’t spinning and just left streaks on my tires and car.

Change machine broke. I received 4 quarters for a 5 dollar bill. No phone number listed for me to call. Check your video - I was the guy in the white Nissan truck at abt 5pm on October 25th. I was pissed that I didn't get to power wash the front of my truck, and I'll be damned if I stick another 5 in the machine or use your credit card pay after that little stunt.Services: Vacuuming

I don't know if the machine ran out of water or what, but it put suds all over our car and then didn't rinse them off. To make it worse, it out the spot free stuff on top of it. Then said we were done. So 10.00 for a mess. Not happy. ?
