Refused to reschedule my appointment after I gave them a $50 deposit because I didnt call within 24 hours to reschedule. I just had made the appointment under 24 hours ago. Not only was that part of the policy not discussed they were unwilling to work with me and expected me to just give them more money. Would not recommend.

All the employees and the doctors at South DM Vet care so much about not only your dog or other pet but about you the owner!! Our Pepper enjoys the doggie daycare so much! They are professionals and can solve all the problems you may have with your loved ones!!

Receptionists need to work on customer service. Vet techs are unprofessional. Veterinarians are well-trained and professional, but unfortunately it does not make up for the poor experience from the people at the front desk. Will be looking into other places to take my pets.
