Jason is a great agent and spent more effort that would have expected ensuring I found the house I wanted. He was always there when I had a question or new idea. Jason was also a strong advocate to make sure I got more than the price I thought possible for my old house. And when the sale on my house took a left turn into the absurd, Jason knew exactly what to do. Jason took the stress out of the buying and selling process.

We trust and appreciate Jason and his expertise so much that we’ve used him twice. The second time we started the process from out of state so we were a bit high maintenance, but he didn’t seem bothered and as usual went above and beyond until we found our perfect home. We highly recommend him and we ourselves will definitely use him again.

There's no way we could have found our perfect home without Jason. He went above and beyond to do everything he could to make our experience wonderful and make sure we ended up with a home we loved. Trying to find and purchase a home can be super stressful, but with Jason helping us we had little to no stress through out the whole process. I would definitely recommend getting in contact with Jason if you're looking for a realtor. From the very first email reply and our very first phone call I knew he genuinely cared about helping us find the right home, and I knew he was the right realtor for us!

Jason helped us to buy our first house in 2016. What makes him special is that, he has been in touch with us since then. He has been so responsive for whatever we asked him for help for the past several years, from recommending someone to repair the AC to recommending local restaurants. The responsiveness and friendliness are something that are so consistent and never changed since the first day we met. He is not only one of the most capable person I have known, but also a very reliable friend that I'd love to continue to stay in touch. Thank you again Jason.

Of all the realtors that showed our home, it was our own realtor, Jason, that left our house exactly as he found it. All the lights were off, doors closed, etc. He was great at advocating for our best interest as we both bought and sold with him.
