I took in a 40" copper flower man, complete with glass balloons, and a 56" mid-century modern slat bench my dad made. Both arrived without issue at my home in Maryland. Excellent job from Jeff.”

“i’ll preface by saying i never give a “perfect” “5 star” rating because there is always room for improvement. That being said, the experience was as close to ideal as it could be. my criticism would be that when a delivery, such as mine, is cancelled and has to be rescheduled that a reason for cancellation is given e.g., a driver got sick. I appreciated the updates and overall communication on day of delivery. The team was prompt in setting up my appliance as well as very pleasant to talk to. they answered questions to my total satisfaction and acted in a professional manner with handshake to start and end our encounter.”

“Surprisingly small & rundown station for the heart of IA. few amenities.1 employee onsite who was at least friendly.

UPDATE (4/8/24): Seems like they may have either relocated the greyhound station that used to be .5 mile North of the Mercy campus in downtown OR Trailblazer-Greyhound lines has its own separate station from Jefferson-Greyhound; On Euclid Ave, 1 mile West of I-235.”

“First off - it was super cold inside. Temperature was set at 64.5 degrees when I walked in on a hot August day. Employees have to wear layers and/or move constantly to keep warm in there I’m guessing.
Second - I’ve personally received great assistance. Don’t have the name of the employee, but she did a great job by being courteous, knowledgeable and speedy. Very grateful to have the help when you need it!”

“I forgot my wallet once, and the lady at the counter told me not to worry about paying and to 'pass the blessing.' It was such a kind gesture, especially since USPS doesn't get much support. I came back to pay her the next day, and I really appreciate the generosity. The staff here is always amazing!”

“Estes.... Well I'll start this off saying most people at this Estes location are great!!! I think this issue only applies to one person there. We were scheduled for a delivery and never got a call from the drive to tell us when he was 30 ins out. We ended up call a total of 3 times. The first 2 was at the end of our delivery time window and was told things are running late should be 30-40mins. Ok no big deal still should get the delivery today, I can understand things happen. 2-3 hours after delivery time window.... Nothing no call no delivery. Called a third time and was told the delivery driver went home.... What?!?! All of this and no call to inform us the delivery wasn't going to. E made that day. Why? Even if the delivery driver just called and said hey not going to deliver today and hung up I would be way less frustrated. What gets me the most is that there was zero communication from the driver that issues happened and things aren't going to schedule.
Again everyone else I interacted with was great after they understood the situation. I think it's just one person that won't inform the customer about problems that arise in the situations. Everyone else is great to deal with after understanding the situation that you weren't informed of changes. Useck you know who you are, just call and say not delivering today and hang up at the earliest you know that it's not going to happen that day. Yeah people will be upset but at least they know.”

“It's conveniently located near my residence. It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. I've been receiving my mail and packages at this store for close to 20 years. Rick on the staff there has always looked after my needs and tried to help me with any Issues I might have. He would be might go to person if I had an issue, It's a small business and the owners are primarily at their Ankeny store, so they are not usually available. Like most service oriented businesses they've gone through lots of staff, Rick has remained a constant. Having said that all the staff I have dealt with have by-and-large have done there best to try and help me in any way that they can. They offer me what I need a place to receive and send packages from and hold my mail.”

“Nicole with great customer service. I was there on Friday looking for my Apple Watch because the shipper put in the wrong home address. She actually went and looked for it and couldn’t find it, then realized that it was in Grimes facility. She told me to leave my phone number and she would reach out to me. I thought like the majority of the places that they don’t care once the customer leaves, but no, she actually did received a call from Grimes like 20 min latter and the manager from the facility, held it for me until I went there and picked it up that evening. Great customer service.”

“I receive my mail out of this post office facility. My mail delivery people are nice, efficient and they have 99% accuracy in delivery of correct items. I seldom go to the actual location but when I have the staff have been very nice and eager the assist me.”
