It’s a decent venue for medium crowds. The workers were attentive and friendly. It was clean and well decorated. Bathrooms are small but probably adequate for most occasions. We went for the “In the name of love dine and dance party.” The food was just ok but it was great to see Tim and Jana making music again.

Sherwood Forest was absolutely wonderful to work with. The venue is gorgeous, they have many options to choose from. The owners and staff are accommodating, willing to open their doors whenever we needed so we could create our vision. They have the professionals available to help make that vision a reality. They promptly return calls, texts, and email messages. They manage the set-up and take down, even including hiding my husband from me so he didn’t see me prior to walking the aisle. The newly renovated bridal suite gave me and my bridesmaids the perfect area to get ready. Their friendly service even helped with all the vendor services we hired that day. In short, we are ready to get married there again tomorrow and every day after. Thank you, Sherwood Forest!

Sherwood Forest was our venue for both our ceremony and reception! Gina and Sandy were amazing and I can't gush about them enough!Gina answered all of my logistical questions promptly and helped me find a date that worked in our timeline. Sandy was a genius when it came to decor! The biggest thing i was worried about going into this whole wedding thing was, "how in the world am I going to decorate a whole venue?!" Sandy had everything I needed from a card box to extra rugs and velvet chairs.They helped make my dreams of a colorful and bright wedding come true. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better venue or group of people to help make our special day that much more beautiful!

We had the most perfect day! Sherwood Forest is a beautiful venue and all of the staff were absolutely amazing. They were so helpful with everything, there was plenty of parking and the decor is a huge plus.Thank you Sherwood Forest Event Center, we are so happy we chose to have our wedding reception there!

I had a wonderful experience with Sherwood Forest. From the moment I toured the venue last year I knew it was perfect for my wedding. The entire process of working with SFEC throughout this last year was smooth and easy and I always felt that the staff were listening to what I wanted and they were always willing to offer help and advice. Gina was always prompt to respond to my emails and set up meetings, Sandy and Dory were fantastic with decor ideas and so helpful. My wedding was perfect and I would highly recommend Sherwood Forest to any brides or folks who want to host an event in a unique, gorgeous and wonderfully accommodating venue. Thank you for everything!

The Sherwood Forest Event Center team is AMAZING. I'll start at the beginning. We toured, asked Gina when we could book it and what the requirements were, and within 15 minutes we had our venue for our wedding.Sandy, the event decorator, from Loved and Cherished Décor, was very easy to work with. We met with her once and communicated via text. We (I, the bride) showed her the vision I had, and she made it come to life. It was great to work with her because I knew what I was looking for, but didn't know how to put it together, and she did. Our wedding was beautiful.Gina, the event planner, answered all of my questions in a timely fashion and gave me all details needed. We met with her a couple times before our wedding date. Our vendors (DJ, photographer, and videographer) were all able to get ahold of her if needed as well. Gina worked the morning of our wedding and made sure I had everything I needed/wanted. She ran up and down the stairs to the Bridal Suite to bring us mimosas, a charcuterie board that we had made, the whole 9 yards.My wedding was everything I wanted and more. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Please do yourself a favor and check them out. From the Loved and Cherished Decor to the customer service of the event staff, Sherwood Forest Event Center is worth every penny.

There are not enough wonderful things to say about Sherwood Forest!! From excellent communication and prepping, to kindness and support; wedding planning was made easy for us!! They made us feel like the only bride and groom out there, and showed our guests how to have a good time!!
