Thank goodness for Mary who salvaged our visit. She was a complete gem, helpful in answering questions, and very polite. Basically the opposite of our experience with Justin when we first arrived who made us feel like we should walk out and take our business elsewhere after blantantly leaving us standing at the counter while Mary had to pick up the pieces. He appeared bothered we were providing his store business, was rude from the first interaction, and couldn't stand to make eye contact. Even a customer (contractor) tried to step in and help provide advice since Justin didn't have the time of day for us. It was very obvious to others around us. Thank you, Mary, for saving the day and being so sweet!!!!

My painter friend uses only Sherwin Williams exclusively.I now see why, his near 30 years of professional painting, and his experience learned why.The store is painting only, therefore have knowledgeable staff.You can buy cheap and regret it or buy the best and be proud of your project.Should not go to the source for the best?I buy contractor grade tools at tool distribution stores.Now buy paint and related supplies at paint distributor.

Was acknowledged as I entered. I was pointed to the area of paint choices and then left alone to browse. Once a color was picked, the associate helped and was informative and knowledgeable. Very nice experience.

We've bought more than 50 gallons of Sherwin-Williams paint at various metro S-W stores over the past few months for painting an entire house. Paint and service has been excellent until a recent visit to the Southridge store on Army Post. I bought a can of paint at that store yesterday for $77. That ran out and I returned today for another gallon -- they wanted $118 for the same can of paint. I explained I paid $40 less yesterday, and that I've gotten the same paint from other S-W stores for much less than $118. The sales person didn't care what I paid yesterday or about the large amount of paint I buy from S-W. I left in total frustration -- no thanks to any paint at $118/gallon.

I ordered online 7 gallons of paint. The staff was warm and welcoming upon entering the store when my order was ready. Was treated with smiles and a very clean, organized store. The staff also helped me load the paint.Even though I ordered the paint online I will return to this store in person if I have any new purchases or questions in the future.

I called to see if they had what I needed and when I arrived he had it waiting at the counter and did not make me wait while he mixed paint for another customer. Rang me up got me on my way and was polite and smiled the whole time wonderful experience! Highly recommend this store!

We were just in this morning and the two young ladies working were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We used to get our paint from a big box stores but no more! We're excited to know that the color information is stored in their system for 10 years. That way we don't have to remember exactly what matches.
