Excellent service! Purchase not one but two vacuum cleaners. Rated number 1 by consumer reports. Sales associate was very knowledgeable and then carried my items that I purchased out to my car. I love Sears!

Bought a washer and dryer there. The delivery guys pulled up and looked at the 2 inches of snow in my yard and refused to deliver. Then they refused to return my call. Offering points to not cancel my order. Why would I want points to a place where I will never shop again. No wonder they are going out of business.

Horrible! I recently bought a washer and dryer that came with missing items. It was delivered by 3 men who claimed they had no idea how to set it up. Now why would you send someone to deliver something if they have no idea how to set it up?! ESPECIALLY if i paid for set up! So I called and spoke to a lady (the only reason this gets one star) and she walked me through he manual but the damned thing still isn't working properly. To get to the point...this ghetto sears will never get my service again. BEWARE...TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

WHAT A SCREWED UP PLACE!. They want ALL your information including your dogs name to freaking buy something! Although after all I went through to buy a tool chest I thank you RETARDS! They had a 3 piece combo and all I wanted was the bottom and middle piece. I paid for it and went to pick it up. They tried to give me the bottom and top piece which was more expensive. I went back up front to correct it. And AGAIN had to give ALL my info, address, tele number, e mail and so forth because AGAIN they had NO record of it. I got my refund for the cheaper version and they still GAVE ME THE MORE EXPENSIVE ONE on accident! Gawd what a bunch of idiots. Took me 1.5 hours to buy a freaking tool box!.... I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!

Don't order parts direct online!!! DON"T DO IT!!! I ordered a part that was "in stock for pickup tomorrow" as I ordered after hours. No pick up email at 4pm the next day. Went up there, closed for another 5 days. Called the manager, they can't do anything as it's a separate entity. Called the corporate parts direct number and they said they couldn't help me as it was already sent to the store (IE the order itself). They couldn't cancel it or anything. Then the supervisor hung up on me after telling me I would just have to wait until the store opened. Went and found the part I needed elsewhere and will be filing a dispute with my bank as no one seems able to cancel the order at the store or corporate, nor can they get me my promised merchandise. (Manager at the store was at least pleasant to talk to, can't say the same for corporate)
