We came in only looking for an electric dryer but found a washer and dryer set that I loved. John was so helpful and made the price worth it so we are heading home with a new set! We will be back for our kitchen appliances.

Jon and his staff do a great job. Lots of inventory and great prices. I’ve purchased several products from them. We need a new washer and dryer, got a 4.5 Star rated LG laundry center for about half price!

Phenomenal !!! Awesome!!! Stopped in twice looking at appliances. The folks were kind, knowledgeable, and genuine. Settled on a nice refrigerator. It was delivered that DAY! However the contractor who accepted the job to move the appliance into the house backed out at the very last minute. The staff at Scratch and Dent went far above and beyond to help to solve the issue. They really helped us out of a jam. I simply can not say enough good about these folks. If you are looking to get a new appliance , stop here FIRST!!!

Highly recommend. I went in looking for a refrigerator to replace one that had broken down. I was able to purchase a fridge for a fraction of the cost at a big box store. The fact they were able to deliver to me that DAY was the cherry on top. I ended purchasing a washer and dryer as well! I will definitely be back for any other appliances.

Scratch and Dent is one great place to buy appliances. When we moved to Des Moines, John gave c is the best deal on a French door refrigerator, high efficiency washer and dryer. Then this year we decided to get another refrigerator and again we got the greatest deal here. Lexi was very knowledgeable about the appliances and we love working with both Lexi and John.

Was sold condemned LG washer and dryer. Serial # were taken off machine. According to my certified repair man with 30 years of experience, these machines are condemned, needed to be destroyed and should have never been sold to me. Check the machines for serial number stickers- don’t get screwed by shady business practices like me. Owner said he would contact LG, but hung up on me when I inquired when I would hear back.

The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly, just didn't find what we were looking for. The warranty being 90 days instead of the manufacturers warranty kinda scared us away too.

Owner went above and beyond to get me a refrigerator today and he did I’d been waiting for Home DEPO to deliver one for a month and a half And after I received a call this morning canceling yet another delivery I tried an alternative and I’m ecstatic with the product and service.
