I was in an accident last Wednesday where a car going at least 40mph rear ended me while I was stopped. I chose Scotty’s to have my car towed to.
I am SO incredibly glad I did. I first spoke with Chelsea last Friday to see about getting estimates done for insurance, and she said it could be towed then, or I could wait until Monday. Just to give a call when I was wanting it done.
I called first thing Monday morning and by 10:30 my car was at Scotty’s. Before close, Tucker gave me a call and went over what all they found. He gave me a warning that it would most likely be totaled out. But gave me advice on how to handle it and made sure I knew it was still my car and I called the shots.
Tuesday insurance declared my car a total loss, today I went to release my escape for insurance to get it tomorrow and grab everything else I needed out.
Tucker was AMAZING and answered any questions I had, even if they didn’t always make sense and explained everything so well.
My dad always swore by Scotty’s, unfortunately he isn’t here anymore but the experience I had this week confirms how great of a company it is. If I ever need anything like this done again (let’s hope not for my sanity) I will 100% choose Scotty’s again.

Scotty's consistently provides good work with a high level of attention to detail. While you never want to be in a situation where you need their help, our recent business reminds me why I keep coming back years later. They're the best part about an insurance claim, hands down, and you'd be doing yourself a disservice to go elsewhere.

I’m very satisfied with my recent experience with Scotty’s body shop, I went in to get my trunk fixed and a new bumper/spoiler painted, and as you can see they did an amazing job! As I was leaving Tucker helped me diagnose my hood not closing correctly which I really appreciated. They also cleaned the interior which I found really nice. Will definitely be back for any body work that needs to be done!

I took in my Ram that was damaged when someone turned in front of me. His insurance company wanted to total it. scottysbodyshop rebuilt it. Then they washed and detailed it. It's picture perfect and has a life guarantee. Do it right, call Scotty

I was rear-ended in the fall and took my car here for repair. They were on time, communicative and overall very easy to work with. Tucker was always very willing to answer all of my questions and help me with genuine kindness. I would recommend this business to all of my friends and family. If I ever have car troubles again I would happily make the 30 minute drive from my house to go to Scotty’s!

Scotty’s was the only place I could find in town that did fiberglass repair, they helped me out when I was in a jam and I am glad I was able to do business with them as I will come here going forward. They not only gave me a very fair price but went above and beyond by washing and detailing my vehicle it looked and smelled like brand new when I got it picked up. I can’t speak highly enough. Do yourself a favor and at least give them a chance. I’m glad I did!

I stopped in this morning for an estimate on the plastic guard under my front bumper that had come loose. Tucker took the keys, pulled it in the shop, and reattached it at no charge. Made my day. Great customer service!
