My daughter attends Drake University, yet we live in Central Illinois. When she sustained compromising vehicle damage, we weren't sure who to contact. We took a chance on Scotty's Body Shop, and we couldn't be more pleased! Not only was the repair done impeccably in one day, Scotty went above and beyond with additional attention to detail! We're incredibly grateful to Scotty's Body Shop and HIGHLY recommend them!!

They did a good buff and touch up job on tricky paint (Mazda red) and only charged half the original quote. The office is also clean and I had a smooth customer service experience. Thanks Scotty's.

Great experience. Was underquoted for the work done and they honored the lower price I was initially told. Went in to get rust spots on my new ish car fixed. Did a fabulous job and had no issue answering additional questions I had. Very professional

I’ve had to use Scotty’s a few times due to accidents. They have been fantastic both times. They work with my insurance to get a quote, complete the work wonderfully in a timely manner and take care of the rental car. It was just so nice to have my car taken care of and I had to do almost nothing. All the staff seem polite and are very responsive. Can’t wait to get into another accident so they can help me again!

I just want to thank scottys body shop for going above and beyond. They not only provided exceptional customer service, kept me informed during the repair process, and treated me like family. Shoutout to Kim & Robert for bringing me a Christmas blessing by getting my car completed in under estimated timing. I would recommend them any day. Place is awesome, top tear customer service, very friendly and got the job done in less than an hour. All other places told me the closest I can come in was Monday and I had to drive back home for Thanksgiving, Scotty’s was the only body shop that told me to come in. Definitely recommend and we’ll be my spot from now on.
