Contacted via Facebook messenger about and ad. 4 days later responded with instructions to call. Called next day and was told I would receive an email. Did not receive so I called the following day and had to email them to get a response. Each email took at least a day for a response and some needed another email to them to get a response. Finally agree on a price. Call to arrange purchase (15 days from original contact) and was told vehicle needed to be driven around and they would send more pics via email. Got pics via email and concerns over condition had me sleep on the decision to purchase. Next morning at 7:30am sent email with questions regarding condition and price. 4 hours later receive email saying vehicle was sold. At no point was any “handshake” made so i was never the owner of the vehicle but overall this was a negative experience which lasted for 2 weeks too long.

Great selection of vehicles much better than many years ago when I used to frequent their establishment with my father! I loved it then and I love it now even more! I even told my husband that was the best date ever after he took me there!

So disappointed. My husband reached out to buy a truck. We got pre-approved with their lender and she told us she would reach out if they need anything else from us before we pick it up. We told her we could put down a deposit and she said she would ask about it and let us know. They sold the truck to someone else the next morning. They didn't even tell us until two days later even though we had gone through the whole process with them as far as they would on their end. The whole thing felt incredibly slimey.

Had a blow out on 330 today, thankfully a good Samaritan stopped and helped, we couldn't get a hold of anyone until we finally reached Sam's Riverside. They had that I needed in stock. Tom and his crew were super friendly and very fast. I was back on the road in no time. Thank you very much Tom. I will definitely be recommending you to anyone in the area.
