Atrocious experience with these people. They called and cleave a 1-5pm timeline. Next day call me at 8am and say they are 20 minutes out. Driver was rude and company was so incompetent it cost me both time and money. Stay far away from these jokers. They waste time and money like you won’t believe.

Quoted one price, sent a bill for double that price. Given the runaround for 6 months not knowing what exactly to pay. Told "I'll handle it" by 4+ employees, including our sales rep. Sent to collections, even though we were still dealing with the company. No notification given, no attempt to call, utter betrayal.If you're a small business, avoid this company at all costs. It's not worth it. We could have had 2 of our employees drive it to Tennessee, stay overnight at a fancy hotel, and drive back for cheaper. Haven't been this let down in years.

Customer service is non-existent. Keep getting emails to pay for a shipment I never set up, my mails are forwarded to "someone in sales" and a week later receive another email asking for payment. Before this issue, I would've given 5 stars.

Ask to deliver to a different address, (10 mins walking distance, 2 mins drive), also it’s on Main Street instead of small ally, they need to speak to a supervisor and want to charge me a redeliver fee??? If that’s how you going to do business, good luck finding success!
