First off I want to say whoever the beautiful older lady was that was working the counter earlier today! Thank You so much for you're help and amazing customer service!! I hope to see you again to thank you properly in person!!! Second thing is we love this romantix! Never have had a problem yet and enjoy all the products we get!!! We also love the new layout! Looks amazing!!

The selection is good. Has clothing from super small to BBW. The many varieties of "massagers" are good and sectioned well so it is easy to find what you want. My biggest complaint (could be a supply issue) but there are none, or nearly none that have handles as an option instead of a suction cup. My biggest compliment has to be the staff! All of the employees have been WONDERFUL and very professional. With the merchandise being a bit of a taboo, I have never seen a look or heard a comment that would make a customer uncomfortable. They are helpful in assisting customers with any questions and always great everyone with a smile.

When you walk into the store and right away the employees yell at you for touching a product and opening the very top of it to make sure it's in the box, no. Whatever gender person u claim to be, customer service is terrible and tbh, prices are high and they talk about every customer as they are shopping is terrible.

Very disappointed. Went in on 9-17-2022 at 11am. Woman yelled at us saying we couldn’t come in yet. Still one more minute. Door was UNLOCKED and my phone showed 11:00 exactly. Boyfriend just peaked behind the curtain and closed it. She started yelling about needing a ticket. This lady has absolutely NO customer service skills and needs to drop her bad attitude

Lady was really nice and helpful clean booths and lots of cool toys Young man very polite knocked on the door and said he thinks dropped some money on floor and would it be okay to look for it,,I said sure About 10 minutes later he realized that he could be in the wrong booth I said no worries that was ten minutes well spent and then he left

Staff extremely rude. Started screaming that we needed to wear a mask as soon as we walked through the door even though iowa has ZERO mask mandate anymore. They also refused to provide a mask. Said qe could buy masks. The four of us decided to go spend our money elsewhere. Wont be back here. Decided it was cheaper to just order off amazon.
