I was in the area and wanted to pick up a few boards but was told I have to call in first then come back. I live 40 minutes away and rarely in the area, if they can't walk back and grab 4 boards I sure as heck won't drive out of my way to buy from them. RR&S was a great place for hardwood and I bought 1000s of bf in the past but going elsewhere now.

I've called on materials a few different times with the response of "i'll have someone look at them and get back to you" . and i never hear back. happened twice in the last week. and when i ask about why i never heard back i usually get the run around of its not my fault. if you're looking for woods, go to liberty in Ankeny.
